Project Overview

WeRoster is a clinical allocations and scheduling platform built for the realities of hospital workforce management — rotating rosters, multiple on-call types, credentialled specialists, and departments that each run differently. Work that takes a roster manager hours in spreadsheets is done in minutes: WeRoster auto-allocates by credentials and preferences, balances clinical workloads, protects training and support time, and ties leave approvals to actual staff coverage. Administrators run multiple campuses and departments from one source of truth, while clinicians view their roster, request leave and swap on-call duties from the mobile app. Our team contributed to the full-stack development of the application, working alongside the product team from early prototyping through to production release.
