Multi-tenant dental clinic management platform — patients, treatment plans, scheduling and clinic finances in one system.

Project Overview

Clinix is a dental practice management platform built by Pandobit and used to run day-to-day clinic operations end to end: patient records, appointment scheduling, treatment planning and delivery, prescriptions, materials, lab orders and clinic finances. Its core is the treatment record — every procedure a clinic plans is tracked separately from what it has actually performed, so estimates never inflate revenue and outstanding balances always reflect real work done. That single distinction drives the money side of the whole system: per-record totals, patient debt, payment reporting and the owner's dashboard all read from it. The platform is multi-tenant: a superadmin console manages clinics, licences and account security across the estate, while each clinic runs isolated behind role-based permissions. We designed, built and now operate the product — architecture, full-stack development, security hardening and production infrastructure.
