Project Overview

OpenHouse (openhouse.com.vn) is a multi-developer marketplace for buying new-build property in Vietnam directly from the developer: legal documents checked by the platform, price lists published by the developer itself rather than marked up by middlemen, and a transparent priority reservation queue. Buyers search projects on a map, explore interactive site plans down to the individual plot, compare units and model payment schedules. At its centre is an AI sales advisor that answers buyers in Vietnamese at any hour. It sits on every public page, recognises the project the buyer is looking at, and answers questions on available units, prices, sales policies, legal status and nearby amenities by querying the live inventory rather than answering from memory — a buyer who says they have 2.2 billion VND gets the matching plots, not a brochure. When the buyer wants to speak to a person, the conversation becomes a lead in the developer's CRM with every question they asked attached, so the consultant calls back already knowing what the buyer is after. Because the advisor speaks about prices and legal status, it is grounded by design: it only ever sees what the public site shows, it says so when data is missing instead of guessing, and every conversation is reviewable by the developer. Behind the storefront sit a developer portal (projects, inventory, pricing, approvals, CRM, transactions, payments, agencies and commissions), a verification centre that issues time-limited trust labels, and an agency portal for multi-tier distribution. We designed, built and operate the platform end to end — architecture, full-stack development, the AI layer and its security model, and production infrastructure.
